Everything is perfectly normal…nothing to see here!

Hello everyone out there! It’s Penny Paddlepaws here again, Lucy is in her Office having an Official meeting with Olivia Sharpclaws head of Holt security.

Oh no don’t worry! Its a good thing!

Firstly we need to maintain the illusion of everything being as normal as possible, so Lucy is carrying on with her work, at least some of the time and she is “interviewing Olivia for her Influential Otter series”.

Ok, Ok, no she isn’t not really, Olivia came to my lab yesterday with one of the OIA nitwits, I mean officers, on the premise of doing a routine patrol. They seem to do a lot of these, and it makes life very tricky! We have had to master the art of nonchalant in a very short space of time! Anyway, while she was here Olivia dropped her lovely hat, and as I picked it up to give back to her, there was a teeny note inside which I pawed away using my new found nonchalant skills.

It turns out that Olivia is not any happier about what is going on than we are, and I think she is going to be a mole! Not an actual mole, that would be hard work, but a sort of spy in the OIA for us! Her and Lucy are working out the details as I write this! It is excellent because she has still got access to Horace the Wildcat and he is an expert strategist and I think we will need his help before this is over!

The rest of us are prepping for the take back of the time wheel, we are not sure exactly how we are going to do it yet but I think we might be holed up in the Temporal lab for a while once we do! So I have devised some sort of Quantum Pockets that we are busily filling with snacks and more snacks, and other supplies of course so we we can survive in there! It is like Duncan McBristlewhiskers always says, in order to save the world, we are going to need more salmon, and whisky. I don’t know if we have any whisky mind you. There might be gin though!

Oh heck, I’d better sign off, I can hear someone coming, I need to get all nonchalant!

    1. I think Duncan McBristlewhiskers is biased and would be happy to have your share… as long as you have a sustaining snack of your choose and a drink of some sort k think you’d be as well placed to save the world as these otters πŸ˜†

  1. Bringing several kinds of snacks. Being a rum drinker despite my Scottish ancestry (a drinker of rum, I mean, not a “rum drinker” ) I will have a small supply of that too. I am glad such plans are being made and that there is a reliable double agent to assist !
